The client

An automotive company, was undergoing organizational changes and required a new employment model for one of their key hires in Slovakia.

The challenge

Was to terminate the employee and rehire them under EOR (Employer of Record) terms, as required by the local labor law. The company wanted to ensure that this key hire continued working without administrative interruptions, while the employee needed in-person support during the transition. Urgency and operational efficiency were essential.
