An IT outstaffing company, received the task to hire over 20 professionals for a project. Compliant employment was a must – they were not looking for freelancers/contractors.

Was to legally unite the team. Suitable candidates were found in various locations, but the client lacked the capacity to establish multiple overseas entities.
The solution
They turned to Acvian for was an international business expansion model using EOR. Within this model, we hired the project team across multiple locations spanning 7 time zones, with time differences of up to 12 hours. The client received our expert consultation on local labor laws in each of these destinations, and every employee benefited from on-site support.
