US-based cryptocurrency and blockchain company, had secured investments for product development and was actively seeking top IT talent from around the globe for their project. To achieve this, the company needed an international employment solution.

The company faced was a shortage of in-house HR resources needed to manage and support the expansion and maintenance of its newly acquired international team, which was dispersed across 3 continents and numerous time zones.
