The PEO (Professional Employer Organization) Operations Manager will oversee the operational processes that support our global employment services, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of payroll, benefits, and HR functions for our clients.
Whom we are looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and strategic PEO Operations Manager to lead our global operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PEO services, international HR operations, and labor laws. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing vendor relationships, and streamlining operational workflows to enhance client satisfaction.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in managing PEO or HR operations on a global scale
- In-depth knowledge of international labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing software, and benefits management platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with vendor management and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Candidates should be proficient in
- Managing global payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting
- Overseeing client onboarding and ongoing PEO service delivery
- Ensuring adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve operational issues
- Using HRIS platforms and payroll software to track and manage employee data and transactions
