Whom we are looking for?‍

We are seeking an experienced and strategic PEO Operations Manager to lead our global operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PEO services, international HR operations, and labor laws. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing vendor relationships, and streamlining operational workflows to enhance client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing PEO or HR operations on a global scale.
• In-depth knowledge of international labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing software, and benefits management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with vendor management and service-level agreements (SLAs).
