Overview
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of HR tasks—from recruiting and administering benefits to ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate job postings and interview scheduling with the recruiting team;
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end;
- Support managers in HR decisions and throughout all stages of the employee life cycle;
- Administer the onboarding and offboarding processes (new hires, terminations);
- Prepare and maintain employee documents (contracts, agreements, etc.);
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with labor laws and government regulations;
- Manage employee benefits and privileges (healthcare, pensions, etc.);
- Collaborate with immigration services for foreign employee visas.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR/Employee Relations role;
- Complete secondary or incomplete higher education;
- English proficiency at B1 level (preferred);
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability;
- Experience in the ADZ segment is a significant advantage;
- Willingness to grow and develop professionally.
