Responsibilities
As Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes onboarding, payroll, and compliance, as well as identifying and implementing solutions to exceed client expectations.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to employment contracts, payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
Maintain excellent client relationships by providing timely, clear, and professional support.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Operational & Administrative Support:
Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Track and manage support tickets ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Assist in processing employment contracts, terminations, and amendments in line with local labor laws.
Assist employees with questions about their payroll, benefits, contracts, tax documents, and other HR-related concerns.
Support operations by addressing payroll discrepancies, tax compliance issues, and employee benefit inquiries.
Compliance & Process Optimization:
Ensure adherence to international labor laws and compliance standards when providing customer support.
Work closely with the HR and legal teams to ensure clients receive compliant and accurate advice.
Assist with audits and reporting as needed, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
Stay up to date with global employment laws, payroll processes, and industry trends in HR solutions.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve service quality.
Contribute to a positive, solutions-driven, and customer-centric work culture.
Qualifications
Education: Relevant education in business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role (HR or payroll services is a plus).
English and Ukrainian proficiency
Located in a time zone that allows for effective collaboration within CET working hours
Skills:
Excellent written and oral English Proficiency
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle complex client inquiries.
Highly organized with a client-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
